About Larga 70
These apartments are located in the historic city centre of Puerto de Santa Maria. It is next to the Ribera del Marisco, an excellent place for meetings and leisure activities. They are a 10-minute walk from the bus and train stations and about 300 m from the nearest restaurants, bars, nightspots and shops. Besides enjoying a privileged location overlooking the city, the complex offers easy access and there are 2 public parking areas located a few metres from the building (Isaac Peral and Nuestra Señora de la Oliva car parks). The beach is roughly 2 km away and it is some 11 km to Jerez de la Frontera, about 25 km to Cádiz, around 26 km to San Lucar de Barrameda and about 100 km to Seville. It is approximately 115 km to Seville Airport and 235 km to Malaga Airport. This family-friendly city beach complex corresponds in style to the local houses dating from the 18th century, with marked Baroque lines, 3 floors and a garden. The 2 first floors house nine rooms and the last offers a terrace. The garden was to be found at the end of the house and featured a fountain and an open gallery with columns. This property comprises a total of 19 apartments and facilities include a lobby, a cloakroom and lift access. There is a café, a bar, wireless Internet access and a laundry service (for an additional fee). A car park and covered garage parking are available (both for an extra charge). It is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises (charges apply). All units come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and offer a double bed. They are equipped with a TV, a radio and Internet access. They have a kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Furthermore, a washing machine, an ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation units as standard. All apartments also feature either a balcony or a terrace.
