LUXURY 3 BR HOUSE - 10 MIN TO BEACH & PUERTO BANUS

1. Spanish Law requires host to get passport copies for each guest staying in the home over 16. Please send 48 hours prior to check-in. Non compliance can result in cancellation without refund.
2. Maximum number of occupants allowed in this home (and/or on the premises) is 8 people unless otherwise agreed upon in writing beforehand with the host. All occupants must be registered with the host 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Violation of this occupancy limit can lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. NO smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the roof terrace. Ash trays are provided for use outside on either of the other terraces, however, cigarettes must be disposed of only in the designated ashtrays. Please note that a smoke elimination fee of 100 euros will be charged if there is a need to eliminate a smoke smell in the home after check-out. This is for the convenience and comfort of future guests.
4. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage, breakage, and/or loss to any part of the property including the contents of the dwelling. Any damage to the property will be chargeable as per the inventory list (a copy will be provided prior to check-in and a copy is also available in the Welcome Book inside the home)
5. No parties or events. This is strictly enforced
6. Guests and/or their visitors' behavior and conduct cannot inconvenience any of the other neighbors or guests in the community. Guests are responsible for their visitors actions. This is strictly enforced
7. In the event that a set of keys are lost a fee of 50 euros (per set) will be taken from the guests deposit
8. The host is not responsible for any items left behind, lost or stolen
9. No loud noise after 10 pm
10. This property has 1 flight of stairs inside the home and 1 flight of stairs leading up to the roof terrace
11. No pets allowed

NON COMPLIANCE WITH HOUSE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF GUEST BOOKING WITHOUT REFUND
