The property is located in a small complex facing the sea where the entire small community of owners requests some rules of coexistence and respect towards others (no loud music, no parties until late at night, speak in a normal tone, maintain both the property and the environment in good condition and be respectful of both the property, complex and island in general) of the most logical and always enjoying the pleasure of being able to stay in front of the wonderful Mediterranean Sea with postcard views and being able to enter directly to the sea from a private entrance of the complex just 30 meters from the property.
