Barcelonaforrent Apartments.
Guests of Barcelonaforrent Apartments should be aware that if loud music is played or a party is held and neighbors complain and/or the police are called, you will be notified once. If the party/loud music/loud noises do not stop after our notice, we will proceed with a penalty.
If this apartment is rented or booked for 28 nights or more, water, gas and electricity supplies are not included in the rent. These supplies are €400/month (28-30 nights). These €400 supplies will not be included in the rental and the guest must pay the host to the company that is BarceloForrent apartments that represent Ale, Leslie, Arthur and Maria once the reservation is made or before the check-in date.
It is mandatory to take out the garbage from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (not before or after).
We would also need copies of all guests' ID cards or passports before providing them with a link to access the apartment.
These are available upon request, three (3) days before the day of arrival: BABY CRIB: 30 EUR/stay
Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited.
The noise rules and respect for other neighbors are from 9:00 p.m. at night to 10:00 a.m.

Our check in time is at 15:00. Please contact us one day before your arrival check-in date and we will then inform you if it is possible to check-in before 15:00.
The tourist tax is €5.50 / person / night. Applicable only to those over 17 years of age and a maximum of 7 nights.
Our departure time is at 11:00. Please contact us one day before your departure and we will then inform you if it is possible to check out after 11:00 am.
We are not responsible for noises outside the apartment.
Minimum age: 25
We would like to inform you that this apartment works with a system that opens the door through a mobile application. You do not need keys to enter the apartment on the day of entry.

Allow access to the Property to the Landlord, the Administrator, and the workers or industrialists sent by either of them, for the execution, inspection and verification of any type of works or repairs that affect the Property or visits for future tenants.
NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Please note that if loud music is played or a party is held and the neighbors complain, it may result in immediate expulsion from the apartment without refund.
Important: We have a minimum age of 30 years to accept your reservation. We accept families with children of all ages.
To check into your apartment, one or two days before your arrival date, we will send you a link to access the apartment.

Please turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment. We will appreciate and care for our resources.
We would like to inform you that once your reservation is made, you will need to pay the Tourist Tax, which is an additional cost.
