I have a large apartment for a very reasonable price. This place has a very good central location but also very peaceful. A good size terrace where you can enjoy breakfast while relaxing in the sunshine. The beds were comfy, and we had a good wifi signal to keep the teenagers happy. Checking in was very simple, I was a little unsure about not having a reception desk, but it was quite simple. The only drawback was that the bathroom smelled a little, possibly due to a plumbing issue. I heartily recommend this place!

We'll come back. Simply off the beaten path, the location was excellent. The apartment lived up to the images, in my opinion, more useful than luxurious, but perfectly adequate, tidy, and cozy. We had a terrace that was frequently used, and a room 22 was ours. As noted in prior reviews, the restroom and toilet were both spotless and clean, and they lacked a drain odor. The kitchen had everything we needed. However, we had an espresso maker. The bed was cozy. WiFi worked flawlessly. There is a supermarket across the street, but it is a little larger on the same street and 1 minute walk away. We booked the airport transfer via application, and it went without a hitch in both directions. On the same street, we left our bags in a baobab shop, though my did provide it for free in another of their apartment buildings. I heartily suggest tropics on the same street for brunch. The metro is 2 minutes away, and the market is 5 minutes away.

I don't usually write reviews, but after booking this apartment and reading the negative reviews on TripAdvisor, I was a little worried. I even considered canceling my reservation. I'm so glad I didn't! My husband and I had a great time in Barcelona, the apartment was only a short walk from Las Rambles. We can't wait to return with our family. Pros Location you're paying for the location if you book here. Las Rambles is central to everything and there was no hotel in this area with three stars or above that offered a cheaper per night rate. The apartment was spacious, we were a couple and were out most of the day, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to cook. The plates and utensils were all clean, and the apartment even included an iron and iron. There was a safe, but we always carried our passports with us. There was also an espresso machine! Cons The fixtures and fittings, even a clean apartment, weren't all clean. The check-in process is different from what we are used to, but we called the team 30 minutes before we arrived at the apartment and once we arrived they were ready to check in. Also, they offered a complimentary welcome pack with snacks and beverages. It was a hassle-free process.

On Saturday, March 7, 2020, I arrived and asked for an early check. When the maid was cleaning my room, she locked my large suitcase in the maid's room, but she said she would be cleaning it for several hours. I sent an e-mail to the office, and they informed me that there was an automatic checking machine in the apartment complex and that checks were scheduled for 300 p.m. At 300 p.m., I arrived at the apartment, the office pulsated me into the vestibule of the building, and I checked in with the machine, and it gave me two room keys which I asked. I arrived at the apartment at 300 p.m., the building's vestibule, and I checked in with the machine, and the machine handed me two room keys. When I arrived in the room, it was a keypad entry and I didn't see a keypad password on anything I had so I called the office and she told me to put my card key against the keypad, and it lit up, and the door was unlocked. My suitcase was waiting in my room. I've stayed in my flat three times and the second time in lice. The apartment is beautiful. The internet is strong and reliable. The location is ideal for me, as a friend has an apartment nearby, and my favorite social club is just 5 minutes away.

We booked this place for a cheap price. This apartment has a damp odor and it's a little noisy with air conditioning. The second bedroom is not air-conditioned at all. The whole apartment usually requires repair and maintenance. But it is clean and well-furnished and is a great place to explore the Gothic part of the city. I guess I will spend a little more for something more up market the next time. Check-in was simple and very friendly.
