Punta Candor Suites

Punta Candor Suites is located in Rota, Cádiz, next to the beach with the same name, surrounded by pine forests, dunes and the coastal walkway that runs through them. It consists of 127 units of different types: studios, 1-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. All with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom per bedroom, large terraces and a living area with a sofa bed. The decoration is serene, warm, welcoming, in accordance with the surrounding environment. They have been conceived under the parameters of an Eco – Resort. It is a bioclimatic construction based on the control of solar radiation, insulation, natural lighting and ventilation and optimization of existing natural resources. It has Energy Certification A and is designed to harmonize and respect the environment, by using natural elements, native vegetation, renewable and minimal impact energies.
