1.Please take off your shoes before entering the house(Thai Culture)
2.Please keep it clean
3.Please keep the room condition as same as check-in condition
4.please empty Tran bin everyday
5.please tire off all lights, all electronic leaving and close all window/door before leaving the room every time
6.please wear appropriate cloths
7.please act as Thai (No kissing,embracing,etc) in public residence area (Thai culture)
8.please do not make a noise disturbing the neighbors.
9. Drug use is seriously illegal in Thailand.
11. No Pets is allowed.
12. Please avoid moving anything or returning it to original place before check-out.
13. Leaving any stain which cannot be washed out will be charged.
14. Loss of a Key will be Charged for 200 THB.
15.No outside guest is allowed

17.Late check out without informing us in advance will be charged.
