The damage deposit is 2000 baht, which the guest need to paid when they check in
and they will get the money back if no damage is caused.

และท่านจะได้รับเงินประกันคืนเต็มจำนวน ในวันที่เช็คเอาท์ หากไม่เกิดความเสียหายกับทางที่พัก
The staff will come out to met you when you arrive
จะมีพนักงานมาพบท่านเมื่อมาถึงที่พัก
Accommodation conditions:
- Do not smoking and electronic cigarettes
- Do not use of drugs of any kind
- No fireworks or sky lanterns
- The check-out date, wash dishes and clean up the garbage. If you leave it or the house is dirty, there is a service charge of 1,000 THB.
- Except for the agreed number of people, it is not allowed to bring third parties into the house. If friends or outsiders come to the party, but not stay there is service charge 150 THB per person.
- In case of vomiting in the swimming pool or for any other that causes the swimming pool to be cleaned again, a fine of 5,000 THB will be charged.

-ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ภายในที่พัก
-ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้สารเสพติดทุกชนิด
-ห้ามจุดพลุ หรือ โคมลอย
-วัน check out ล้างจานชาม เก็บขยะให้ทิ้งด้านนอกเรียบร้อย หากทิ้งไว้ หรือบ้านสกปรก เลอะเทอะมาก มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม 1,000 บาท
-ไม่อนุญาตให้นำบุคคลภายนอกเข้ามาในบ้านพัก นอกเหนือจากจำนวนคนที่ตกลง -หากมีเพื่อนหรือบุคคลภายนอกมาสังสรรค์แต่ไม่พัก คิดท่านละ 150 บาท (ออกจากบ้านพัก ก่อน 22.00)
-กรณีอาเจียนใส่สระว่ายน้ำ หรือด้วยด้วยสาเหตุใดๆ ที่เป็นเหตุให้ต้องล้างสระว่ายน้ำใหม่ ปรับ 5,000 บาท
Pets are allowed. There is service charge 500 THB per pet for small pet.
ที่พักอนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงพันธุ์เล็กเข้าพัก ค่าเข้าพัก 500 บาท / ตัว

ที่พักกำหนดช่วงเวลางดส่งเสียงดังคือ 21:30 น. - 06:00 น.
