For 2 nights we stayed here and it was wonderful. The room is spacious and clean, and the staff clean our room every day. We also ate breakfast and lunch here a few times and the food is good value for money and very tasty! The bus stop for the historical park is close by and next to a bike rental if you choose to cycle instead.

The room was simple, clean, and possibly one of the most attentive staff in Thailand! For instance, despite the low price, we were offered juice during check-in, two bags of delicious rice crackers with sugar homemade to take out on our last day, fresh drinks and refreshing towels while waiting for our minivan to Chiang Mai! Without asking anything! If you want to stay in Sukhothai on a budget, we recommend this place! They are wonderful!.

I hope I'll return in the future. Its not a 5 star and maybe 0. 5 am too far from town but still valuable, but a friendly relaxing place. The deluxe room has a very comfy bed and all the basic amenities such as wifi. Street parking only if driving. The food is excellent, big portions and great value. Coffee is better than you will find anywhere. The young girls are friendly and if you pass through this is a great place to stay. Very safe and very affordable.

I enjoyed this location and would definitely stay here again. Reviewing is difficult. Depends on the individual. If you like a mellow, almost backpacker atmosphere, this establishment is a good choice. If you are a little more adventurous and looking for hotel-style amenities, the reviews are wildly false, and the scores should be below average. It is basically a cafe frontage that opens onto the street and has two floors of lodging accessible via a 30-meter wide concrete path at the back of the motel. There is no elevator, and carrying your bags to the first floor can be the last straw after a long journey. The room was small but tidy, and everything worked, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. The bathroom was very cramped, with the shower spraying almost directly into my room's toilet. Clean, old linen. Breakfast was wonderful. Good selection and freshly prepared. The first day, I had the banana pancake and the next day pineapple pancake. Truly, they were the most delicious I've ever had. The coffee was excellent too, fit for any top coffee shop in Europe and no disrespect to Thailand. It appeared to be family-run. The owner and his staff were lovely and helpful.
