We spent the weekend in a warm temperature, and the service was excellent. Even before we came, we had written letters to the hotel, which were promptly and professionally answered. The room was quite small, but by French standards, we had less expectations. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of hot and cold items, as well as an espresso machine at breakfast. The location was excellent, a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The only drawback was that I was not given an upgrade as an actor gold member.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated throughout and the rooms are pleasant. Paris famously has small rooms so we were already prepared for this and it wasn't an issue for us. There is a teacoffee tray in the room but no breakfast tea so i advise packing tea bags if you like a nice cuppa! The location of this hotel could not be better. Right on the metro, arc de triomphe clues in the name of the hotel etc. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it in our room rate and didn't want to pay 19 each. But there are plenty of places to grab breakfast near. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. All in all a lovely place to stay for a few days while exploring Paris.

Good choice to stay at this place for the weekend. The rooms are clean and the check-in process is simple. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast is yummy. The location is also secure and easy access to all. Only a few minutes walk from the Charles de Gamble metro station.
