Our goal is to provide you with a high standard of accommodation together with quality hospitality services and a personal touch to make sure you have the best environment to enjoy your holidays. When you arrive, we will give you a checklist to remind you about the following points: check-in and check-out times (as per our listing), maximum capacity (as per our listing), no smoking inside the room (allowed in the designated smoking area), no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no parties, no loud noise after 10 pm)
Other things to note:
- Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed.
- We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in.
- Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
- Smoking in the rooms and near the pool is not allowed. Allowed in a specially equipped smoking area.
- Smoking Cannabis is strictly forbidden.
- The villa is situated on the hill.
- Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 150 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
Billiard table rules:
Forbidden: *Sit on the billiard table and put foreign objects, drinks and food on it. *Use of equipment for billiards and inventory for other purposes. *Smoking in the billiard room. *Clean the billiard table. The guest assumes financial responsibility for the property located in the billiard room during the rental period, and undertakes to compensate for the damage caused in case of loss or damage to the property in the amount of the value of this property, or in the amount of the cost of its restoration.
