The apartments are wellappointed and the location is perfect, 5 minutes from the walking street and 5 mins from bali hai pier. Close to the best places for a drink or dinner such as 3 mermaids, the sky gallery, chocolate factory and many others. One of the finest apartments in the praktumnak hill area. Beautiful view of sea and island of koh larn from swimming pool on 31st floor. Good gym available on the 31 sth floor

Airbnb is where i stayed for two weeks. The room was nice, modern, spotless, and wellequipped because it was brand new. There was a kitchen corner with utensils, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, cooker, sink, dishes, toilet, shower, towels, large mirror, basin, bedroom had bed, wardrobe with clothes hangers, bedside tables with lamps, table, chairs, balcony, as well. Two swimming pools and gym are located in the building. So, you can get free entry if you stay here.

Strategic location for those who enjoy a quiet area yet are very close to pattays main town on scooter or motorcycle taxi. Beach road is 4.5 km, 11 to 15 minutes. Terminal 21 is 6 km and 16 to 19 minutes away. Soi buahao road 5 km 14 minutes ago. 5 th world famous 7-11 s. Pattanayake road 4 km 4 minutes 11 minutes, glass house 12 km 20 minutes the beach cafe and beach are 3.5 km 11 mins away, 8 minutes walking and the sky gallery is located 450 meters 3 minutes walk. The place has sweeping views of the ivory blue sea side by the shore. Windy and fresh air. No heavy traffic noise and pollution. Friendly staff and security guards who are also helpful. Taxis are simple to get with the help of them. Very close proximity to amenities. Wonderful private condo facilities like billiards gym and sky pool. Its very private and isolated. More of lateral resistance. Downside no daily room service. You have to request and pay each time. Cant travel to stay there, but always stay here every weekend lol.

The building is brand new. Its in excellent shape. There are two pools, one on the second floor and one at 31st. The neighbors are friendly. My biggest worry was that there were no crazy or annoying people around. Fortunately, there is no direct sunlight in my apartment, which has a great view of the sea. I can mention i can hear some noisy air conditioning, but if you rent for ten months, its not terribly annoying. Also, it is warmer in that area unless you have rented eviction for an extended period of time because it makes it uncomfortable to go for long walks during the day. About chinese coffee shop is about 10 minutes walk away.

The building itself is excellent, wellkept, and in a good location, its quite far from anywhere, so youll need to take rented vehicles to get anywhere. Thankfully, there is symbolic 711 nearby. The rooftop pool is fantastic. Ive stayed here twice, but each experience really depends on the owner. First, i opted for deluxe studio accommodation, which had numerous issues such as no hot water shower or drain clogged. Second, one bedroom, no issue.

This short stay was excellent. Its a little off the beaten path, but if youre okay with it, its incredibly nice to stay and take in the stunning view in between pattaya and jomtien beach.

The staff is very kind and respectable. The facilities are also very good, such as a sauna and two swimming pools. This condominium in pattaya is among the best in the area.
