👶 Family-Friendly Stays
Children and infants are most welcome, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.
For everyone’s safety, children must be supervised at all times when in or around the swimming pool.


🧹 Housekeeping
• Cleaning service is provided twice a week.
• Extra cleaning can be arranged upon request with additional charge.
• Please help us by keeping the house reasonably tidy.

🏊 Pool & 🌿 Garden Maintenance
• The swimming pool is cleaned 1 time a week.
• Our authorized maintenance staff may enter the outdoor areas, including the pool and garden, during your stay to carry out cleaning and maintenance.

🚐 Airport Transfers
For your convenience, our driver can meet you at the airport and bring you directly to the villa for check-in (1,500 THB per trip). We’ll be there to personally welcome you upon arrival.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
• Fine: 10,000 THB

🔌 Electricity
• 6 THB per unit, payable in cash at check-out
• Meter read at both check-in & check-out
🔹 Electricity was once included, but many guests left AC running 24/7 with doors/windows open — causing high costs and wasted energy. Now, charges are based on actual usage, giving you full control over your spend.

• Open windows during cooler hours
