If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy. Allow Pets. Allow Smoking. Allow Events or Parties. Allow Children. Allow undefined. Quiet time after 10pm at outdoor area for the benefit of the neighbourhood. Disturbance to the neighbourhood will cause complains to the local authorities by the neighbours. If it's too serious, customers may be reprimanded by the local authorities. Bbq and swimming are still allowed as it's a private villa while strictly keeping the noise level down. No smoking allowed inside bedrooms and villa. Any smoke aroma detected in the villa will be subjected to a 5,000 baht cleaning fee. Smoking guests who wish to enjoy a puff during their stay can proceed to the pool or large garden area. *Smoking includes tobacco or electronic (vape) cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobaccos, cigarette leaves, bamboo pipes, waterpipe smokes (bong, hookah/shisha and mouassal) and weed/cannabis. There is No Free Daily Cleaning so you have to ensure the villa stays clean for your own comfort. Additional cleaning must requested and will cost 2,000 baht for each cleaning. Additional towels can be requested at 500 baht for 10 towels. Check out time is 11.00AM morning and any late check out after 11.00AM will be charged 1,000 baht for every hour or part thereof. Deposit of 5,000 baht will be collected for the F&b available in the villa and late check out (if any).
