We stayed here for 3 nights in the rooms with a courtyard for 4 people. Rooms are decent sized and clean. You can communicate with the staff on watsapp and they reply immediately. The owner Hussain was very helpful and communication was very easy. We left early morning on the 3rd day and since we couldn't stay for breakfast he arranged some sandwiches, biscuits and juices for us. Breakfast was very good and a big spread. Location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Temizlik ve karşılama çok güzel Özellikle Otel sahibinin bize ufak bir Brifing vermesi harita üzerinde gezilecek yerleri tarif etmesi çok güzeldi Otel sahibi Ayrıca balon pilotuydu ve bize çok güzel anlatımlarda bulundu yataklar biraz rahatsız olsa da genel temizlik karşılama ve uğurlama mükemmeldi. Çok Önemli bir detay daha var ki engelliler için alt katlar ve giriş çok iyi kendisine teşekkür ediyorum

The staff at this hotel are very kind and respectful. The room is clean and tidy. Near many restaurants and shops, very easy access. Breakfast is delicious! Mr. Berkan was very helpful! They also have tours which are very nice and fun.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus untuk perjalanan sendiri. Tempat parkir mudah ditemukan di jalan tepat di depan hotel. Kamarnya sangat kecil dan meskipun memiliki semua fasilitas yang diperlukan, AC-nya kurang bagus dan langsung berhembus ke tempat tidur, sehingga sangat tidak nyaman.

Saya ingin berbagi pengalaman saya di Hotel Alaturca, tempat yang melebihi ekspektasi kami. Ketika terjadi badai hujan yang tidak biasa, air masuk ke kamar-kamar di lantai bawah (besar dan indah), respon mereka cepat dan mereka memindahkan kami ke hotel kelas atas lainnya, menunjukkan semangat keramahtamahan dan kepedulian yang sejati kepada pelanggan. Mereka tidak hanya memindahkan kami ke hotel kelas atas lainnya dan memberi kami layanan binatu, tetapi kami juga merasa diperhatikan setiap saat, juga memberi kami aktivitas. Perlakuan dan kebaikan staf tak tertandingi. Kedua hotel tersebut indah, nyaman, dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang sempurna. Kedua hotel memiliki teras atas di mana Anda dapat sarapan dengan pemandangan indah di Cappadocia Cave Lodge, ditambah kolam renang yang indah dan Anda dapat tinggal di gua yang indah, nyaman dan didekorasi dengan indah. Hotel ini terletak di CAPPADOCIA. Kamarnya dirancang seperti gua. Meskipun kamarnya agak kecil, tapi cukup nyaman. Staf yang ramah. Sarapan bervariasi dan cukup enak. Dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan dan area Ballon Hot.

Kami menginap di sana selama satu malam, tetapi itu sangat santai dan menyenangkan. Semua yang saya butuhkan ada di sana dan saya merasa nyaman sebagai keluarga. Sarapannya sederhana tapi cukup. Tidak apa-apa jam 6 pagi saya bisa menonton balon dan semuanya luar biasa. Saya akan pergi ke sana lagi.

It was conveniently located near restaurants and otogaru. The staff was helpful and booked us a roundtrip shuttle bus. The bathroom and room were clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious, cute and nice! Breakfast wasnt particularly delicious, but it was fun to choose from a variety of buffet options.

I heartily endorse this location. In this hotel, i had an amazing time with a buddy! A lovely terrace with views of the balloons, spotless and wellkept rooms with cozy beds, delectable breakfasts, and, most importantly, a friendly and accommodating staff.
