Elissa is a stylish two-bedroom city apartment with ethnic touches, located in Gökmen Residence, Yüksekalan — just a short walk from Kaleiçi (Old Town).
This is a private apartment in a residential building, not a hotel.
There is no reception desk or on-site staff.
Guests access the apartment through a self check-in system using a smart lock and key box, allowing a smooth and flexible arrival after check-in time.
👥 Guests & Occupancy
The apartment is prepared only for the guests listed in the reservation.
In accordance with local regulations, ID/passport details of all guests must be shared in advance.
If there will be additional guests beyond the original reservation, this must be communicated beforehand.
An extra guest fee may apply, subject to approval and apartment capacity.
⏰ Arrival & Departure
Check-in starts after 15:00
Check-out is by 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be shared in advance and depend on availability.
These requests may be subject to an additional fee.
Unannounced changes or unauthorized late check-out may result in extra charges.
🔥 Hot Water & Heating
Elissa uses a natural gas heating system.
For safety reasons, the gas may be turned off between guest stays.
If needed, guests may turn on the boiler and adjust hot water or heating settings.

🚭 Inside the Apartment
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
If you smoke, please use the balcony or outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Indoor smoking may require an additional cleaning fee.
🤫 Living in a Residential Building
Elissa is located in a quiet residential building with permanent neighbors.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 23:00 and 08:00.
Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not suitable for this home.
🛏 Sleeping Setup
The apartment features two bedrooms with comfortable beds, as shown in the listing.
Please review the sleeping layout carefully to ensure it fits your group before booking.
🧺 Linens & Comfort Items
Towels, bed linens, and basic toiletries are provided according to the reservation.
Requests for extra bedding must be made before check-in.
Additional items may involve an extra charge.
♻️ Before You Leave
Trash bins are located in the trash room on the left side of the building.
We appreciate it if trash is taken out and the apartment is left in good condition at check-out.
💰 STANDARD FEES & OPTIONAL SERVICES
All services below must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Early check-in (11:00–15:00): 35 €
Late check-out (11:00–13:00): 35 €
Extra linen set: 35 €
Airport transfer: 35 €
Tours & activities: price varies depending on the selected tour
Pet fee: varies depending on the length of stay
Extra guest: approximately 15 € per night
Long-term stay additional service fee (30+ nights): For stays of 30 nights or longer, a monthly long-term stay additional service fee applies. This fee starts from €70 and may vary depending on the season, usage intensity, and current operating costs. The final amount will be communicated to the guest at the time of reservation.
Smoking violation fee: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of smoking inside the property, an additional cleaning and deodorization fee may be charged.
Damage or loss: Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
All fees may vary depending on the season and are stated as minimum starting prices.
