This was the perfect location for me on my recent trip to Turks and Caicos. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jane, who was super warm and friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and my condo was spacious, very comfortable and clean, with everything you might need, including blow dryer, cooking utensils, iron, beach towels, and washer and dryer. I LOVE having a washer and dryer when I'm on vacation, so this was a major plus for me. My bed was very comfortable, my room felt very secure, and I never had any problems with noise from other units. I stayed in an upper unit, with my balcony facing towards the water. You will not have a view of the sea, but there are lovely palm trees and a pool below the balcony. It is small but well-maintained, and has lots of cute little lizards running around. There is a LOT of construction going on in this area, so you will also have a view of buildings in progress. This was not a problem for me, I never heard any construction noise, and it did not detract from my trip at all. My balcony was clean, had nice chairs, and was quiet and comfortable. The property is nicely landscaped, there is plenty of free parking, and is a cute little gem tucked into the Grace Bay area. I would return!

The Inn at Grace Bay is a beautiful place with beautiful landscaping, great pool, very clean, relaxing & quiet, secluded private patio, a short walk to the gorgeous Grace Bay beach that stretches forever, a short walk to many shopping plazas and restaurants and grocery store close by. The condo was great with many amenities such as beach towels and beach chairs and also access to beach loungers. The bedroom was roomy even with a king bed. Plenty of storage. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone could need! A plus was that fresh locally baked croissants and coffee were served every morning by the pool! The Manager, Ariel is very friendly and helpful. We loved the tour he recommended and booked for us.

A fabulous stay only blocks from the beach. Condo was clean and offered plenty of beach towels and a comfy bed. We saved a good deal of money bringing in our food and cooking meals at the condo. While breakfast is not offered, every morning from 8-9am at the pool, Ariel supplied coffee and French croissants. Would certainly stay here again!

The place was simply perfect. It’s in a great location, surrounded by many restaurants and shops, and the beach is just five minutes away. The service was very good, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Everything was very clean, which made the experience even better. I loved it and would definitely come back.

The size of the condo is decent. It has kitchen, washer and dryer for laundry. The host offered continental breakfast (croissants and coffee), nice addition to food we prepared in the suite. Property manager Ariel was amazing. He helped us with arranging taxi rides and booking excursion tours. The property is located close to the beach, shops and grocery.

Beach view is obstructed, but it is literally 2 mins walk from Inn. Overall ambience of room is very homely. Nice kitchen with all appliances. We will visit them again. Ariel and his team are super helpful and friendly.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. Great location!! Minutes from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was cleaned and the AC on before I got there. The bed were clean and soft, and there was plenty of storage. The pool was well maintained and a perfect place to tan by the sun. It was very clean and comfortable, and I would book there again.

We loved our stay! Ariel was an amazing concierge. The breakfast pastries were so fresh and delicious. Condo was well stocked including so many beach and bath towels. And they provide voucher cards for free loungers at the beach. The property is a bit dated and the pool a bit small, but the value and location are 10/10.

We had a clean one bedroom one bath. Kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove oven and coffee maker. The pool was clean and adequate. Our hosts, Jane and Ariel, were very helpful. The complex is located just a block or two from the center of town and was a short walk to the beach.

Great place to stay in Grace Bay! A 5 minute walk to the beach with lounge chairs available to use and walkable to many restaurants… 15 minute walk to the local fish fry on Thursdays and also to Coco Bistro/cocovan in the other direction. Also walkable to convenient stores and a grocery store. Room was clean — not super modern but it has everything you need! Breakfast pastries and coffee available in the morning if you are looking for something light. Management was very accommodating when we were delayed flying out due to a snowstorm back home. Would definitely come back here in the future!
