Tivemos uma excelente estadia, recebemos um bom atendimento, as acomodações correspondem as fotos! No quarto tinha garrafa térmica e sachês de café, chá e leite, como cortesia, com reposição diaria. Apenas o quarto que é um pouco pequeno, ficamos numa suite com banheiro privativo e o local do banho também era apertado, mas nada que tire as qualidades do hotel, com relação ao atendimento e a localização maravilhosa, uma vez que fica em local seguro, próximo da Victoria Coach Station, que é uma estação de transportes (ônibus e trem), vindos dos aeroportos.

This was exactly what I expected. Was it a 5 star hotel..NO. Was it a clean bed, with a bathroom (could have been better but it was passable) and a shower close to where I wanted to be..YES. Did I have to walk up 4 flights of narrow stairs to get to my room. YES. Was the bathroom way too small for my large American body.. Yes unfortunately. Does any of this diminish this property absolutely NOT. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you want 5 star luxury look elsewhere. If you are looking for an affordable room with passable beds and a bathroom this is a good place to consider.

really kind and lovely staff, in a gorgeous neighborhood that's centrally located ... it is NOT fancy, nor even recently renovated, so please understand that you are getting a very *basic* room (which is what you're paying for)... but it was quiet and warm (in winter), with plenty of hot water If you need to entertain people, then no, this is probably not the place, but if you just need a safe and cozy place to sleep between adventures out and about in the city, I can highly recommend it

I had a really lovely stay😃 The room was clean, tidy and everything we needed was provided. The location is one of the biggest advantages because it’s quiet, safe and still very convenient for central london which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. What really stands out is the price for the area. Considering how central the location is… it offers excellent value 😍compared to many other options nearby
