Great size property and very clean and spacious. Excellent reception staff and great location. ( Just a suggestion - Could probably benefit with a full length mirror as the only mirror is in the bathroom and quite high for smaller people) Our apartment was close to the road, and could hear people chatting going by . Not a busy thoroughfare and would definitely go back

Great location, not right in the main tourist areas (about a 20-25 minute walk to the castle/Royal Mile). But, we enjoyed it because it was not located right in the main city center and we enjoy the walking. Great pubs in the area and local restaurants as well. Very quiet area. I was able to request a high floor away from road noise and they were able to comply. The kitchen, with the washing machine, was very helpful and allowed us to pack lightly and do laundry every couple of days. I do not recommend using the dryer, use the drying rack they provide instead. It was amazing to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family, as well as the common area with the living room, kitchen, and small dining table. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a clean and quiet room. Kitchen came in handy when we didn't want to eat out. Laundry facilities in our own room. Staff were friendly and helpful. No air conditioning so beware if it's hot. Close to a small grocery store, some restaurants, and public transit.

Large rooms, clean great amenities! Staff were super kind and even walked us personally to our room. Only downfall is we didn’t realize there were 5 properties so we were a little bit further than expected from the dropped pin of their reception but it was lovely just the same. We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm.

First time visiting Edinburgh. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. Was tough to figure out where to stay. Booked Premier Suites and am so glad we did. The location was exceptional. Close to all the main attractions and eating places. We took the tram from the airport and it was a 5 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was such a plus for our 8 night stay. Coffee machine and electric kettle with coffee and tea provided was great. It was so clean and relaxing to return to after a full day touring and exploring. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was there. They even provided laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. A fridge was great too. We loved staying here. You will not be disappointed choosing this. We found the area quiet and did not hear noise like some other reviews said. We would definitely return. Thanks to Tony who hooked us up with a taxi to the airport early in the morning (trams didn’t run that early) as our one we booked didn’t show up. Staff went above and beyond if we needed anything or had questions.
