This hotel offers a strategic location. This hotel has friendly and helpful personnel. The room's condition is also good and clean, especially the clubhouse restaurant.

I stayed here for an overnight on the way to the most recent time. The check-in process at the golf clubhouse was simple and the rooms are big and comfortable. The clubhouse's breakfast was delicious and pleasant. The only drawback was the level of noise coming from other rooms' plumbing and tes. Despite this it's a very old lodge, which is something to be expected. I was so reluctant to leave because the shower in the bathroom was excellent! Overall, very good value for money.

The accommodations appeared to be secondary to the lodging. The fact that the golf center's reception is only a short distance away, and entry to the lodging is by entry code, supports this view. I had a ground-floor twin bedroom that I had reserved and paid for as a double room, but since my other half couldn't travel, the room was paid for on the basis of double occupancy but only used by one individual. The en suite apartment contained the absolute necessities, such as twin beds with lovely, crisp linens, a dressing table with a mirror, and a to but not working telephone thank gods for mobile phones or an easy chair, which is unlikely to occur because they were either on the bed or the dining room style chair at the dressing table. There were no bedside lights or wall lamps, just one ceiling light that, strangely, could only be turned on and off from the door. The decision was to leave it on all night or in the dark on the way back by turning the light off, as opposed to some of my other guests punching a hole on the side several times before, and this hadn't been repaired. I have a shoddy kettle that doesn't always function properly and isn't particularly useful for the morning cup of tea.
