My daughter and I stayed here two nights during a visit to Cu Boulder College. We were in room one. It was very clean and everything was very nice. In the hallway outside our room there was a small station for granola, yogurt, fruit, and water. There is a nice garden area in front of the house for relaxing if you want. Parking at the rear of rooms 1, 2 and 3 was a bit tight but we managed it. We were very safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend it.

During our visit to Cu boulder College, my daughter and I stayed here for two nights. We were in room one. Everything was lovely, and it was immaculate. Granola, yogurt, fruit, and water were served in a tiny station in the hallway outside our room. If you want to unwind, there is a lovely garden area in front of the house. The parking in the back for rooms 1, 2, and 3 was a little difficult, but we made it work. We were very secure and at ease in this place. I would highly suggest it.

We stayed in one of the West Wing Suites summer 2021. The room was large, clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was quite cozy. Loved the location maybe 10 minute walk to campus and 10 minute walk to shops of pearl street. Good simple helpyourself breakfast yogurt, granola and fruit in the hallway. We will stay here again soon! Note a cat came to our room. I think it lives in the main building? Not a problem, but good to know if you have allergies.

We stayed in a West Wing suite the summer of 2021. The room was large, clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was quite comfortable. Loved the location maybe a 10 minute walk to campus and a 10 minute walk to shops of pearl street. Nice simple helpyourself breakfast yogurt, granola and fruit in the hallway. We will be back soon!
