Nice, organized, charming, clean property and unit. AC had unit so refreshingly cool when we arrived (thank you!). Shared resources like rec room, etc opens at 9AM so heads-up if you're an early riser. But staff was prompt and thorough in off-hours text communication. Thought we booked an Airstream camper, but we were actually assigned a different brand (some guests probably wouldn't care or even notice, but I was looking forward to it. Very minor thing, and honestly I might've just assumed Airstream and booked something else, so this could entirely be on me). Really cool place, great way to get a pretty true riverside camping experience without actually trailering a camper and doing all the setup. Would return!

This place was lovely! It’s located along the CO River, next to a park and amphitheater, and a long bike/walking path. They have a club house on site that is nice and air-conditioned and has all the amenities one needs. The only thing that would make this place even more excellent would be to have a pool, but even without it we will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend. Just make sure to request an RV along the river in order to get the full experience. There are a few that face the park and not the riverfront. Do yourself a favor, get yourself some tickets to see some music at Los Colonias Amphitheater (a ten minute walk away— we saw Gin Blossoms, Blues Traveler, and Spin Doctors) and book a few nights for Camp Eddy (it’s also a great RV site). It’s a great little get away!

We stayed in the Avion (#19), and it was great. We arrived after hours but got a detailed email with door codes and everything else we needed. It did have AC which was a bonus, because according to the listing it did not. Comfy beds. Nice to have cooking available. Showers up at the building have no shampoo/soap, but the one in the trailer did. There's a coffee/ice cream truck up by the office, as well as a pool table and loaner games and books up in the main building. It is right next to Las Colonias park which has watercraft rentals and tours and walking/biking paths. Will stay again if in the area.

Super cute airstream trailer where we stayed during our UT/CO roadtrip. Very clean and seamless check in process even after hours. Lovely walking path down by the Colorado River. We were even able to use the grills to enjoy dinner.

It was a very cool experience for my family. The pros were the unique experience of staying in a nicely outfitted airstream trailer, the access to the river and the clubhouse and bathrooms were clean and welcoming. Cons were they could use a handyman to go through the trailer and fix some of the little things like broken door hinges, leaky faucet and slow drains, the futon was very uncomfortable for my teenage son, and the pool sticks in the clubhouse need to be replaced (most of the felts were missing and the table was quite popular). It was a great experience overall and we would recommend it.

Amazing stay! The campground is so cute and so pretty. It’s clean. Location is amazing. The river is so nice and right there. There’s a walking trail that is absolutely amazing that goes into downtown. Very walkable. Will stay agin if we ever come back to town.

Camp Eddy is wonderful. I was blown away my last stay at the amount of wildlife. In the afternoon I watched large carp wrestle in the river and saw my first beaver that night! It really is like going to a ritzy camp in the city. !
