We loved staying at Casas de Guadalupe! I was here with a colleague for a conference in Santa Fe. Mary Ann was great to work with. It was amazing to each have our own room and bathroom, a working kitchen with refrigerator, coffee machine, and blender. The AC unit (a swamp cooler) worked very well. It was nice being 10 minutes walking distance from the conference in downtown Santa Fe and 10 minutes (or less) walking distance from CVS, the grocery store, and Office Depot. Food right next door. Quiet. Affordable (best deal with the most amenities/features compared to the hotels in town!) Will absolutely stay here again the next time time I visit Santa Fe!

Really enjoyed staying here with 2 adults, 2 teens. Plenty of space, amenities, walking distance to downtown and groceries too. Host was friendly with perfect level of communication. Will not hesitate to book here again.

Beautiful place, easy walking distance from the plaza. Mngt. lady was great, I didn't read my email from her as to entry to unit, and she was very helpful. Parking is pretty tight though, but I drive a full size 4 door pickup. We thought the place was a 10 out of 10 for everything else. Has that Santa Fe feel.

The Casita is amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Comfortable. Easy to get to and right by downtown. The host was great and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is a fantastic location! Walk to all restaurants and site seeing was not far at all. House needs some minor repairs maybe ( a few wall cracks and the oven knobs need replaced!) Maryann was wknderful to work with and we had an incredible time! We would go back in a heartbeat😍

It was amazing! I didn't think I would be this impress with the luxury this resort has to offer. Me and my boyfriend were blown away at the condition of the comforts of the casita had to offer. It was so relaxing! The location was absolutely easy to get to. I just enjoyed what it had to offer and I plan to make this my family's number one spot to stay in.

Two bedroom unit is a fair-size house with all appliances available for use (a consideration for longer stays). No maid service included but they can provide for a fee on request. Wonderful service from staff. Very convenient location with multiple restaurants within a few minutes (from Chinese to Pizzeria to Pub food or Fancy). Breakfast at Clafoutis is great, Fire and Hops and Terracotta Wine Bistro are excellent choices. Very easy to get to attractions without having to concern oneself about parking (a problem otherwise in high season). Quiet neighborhood seemed quite safe at all hours.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet at night and we liked that. It was convenient to have a full kitchen. My only disappointment was the small bathroom. We would love to stay there again.

Fantastic kitchen, better than expected. Comfortable seats in living room with adequate light for reading, very comfortable bed. Only down side was the very short distance from the sink to the toilet. This made face washing a bit difficult since I didn't have room to back up before bending over. Seemed to also have a slight musty smell which improved over night. Must have been shut up for awhile. We really liked it and Mary Anne is great to work with and very responsive.

This casita has what you need and is a good value. It is very conveniently located with a short walk to the historic plaza in Santa Fe. It is close to restaurants and provides parking. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils should you want to try your hand at your own chile-filled dish. Though there are two bathrooms, hot water use needs to be coordinated. Overall, a good stay and we enjoyed our evenings by the cozy kiva fireplace.

Several stairs up to loft and up to kitchen. Stairway narrow and seep. Parking was difficult. Very little space to turn vehicle and if you are relegated to the worst spot you had best be able to back up well all the way out of the lot as there is no room to turn around.

Had some challenge finding the unit. It felt small cramped. But we were glad to have it on our last night in New Mexico.

Nice property but the bathroom was awful. So small an overweight person would have problems. Toilet is maybe 3 feet from the bed and the room is anything but soundproof. NOT a romantic stay. I realize there are limits to what can be done with older adobe properties, but the bathroom was a real drawback to what was otherwise a nice place to stay.

Stayed 2 night with family of 5. Room was comfortable and clean. Had to have one kid sleep on couch. Kitchen had everything we needed for to make breakfast and snacks for kids. Very close to downtown, a short walk. Only negative is that parking is tight and limited. Would stay here again.

This little apartment complex is a perfect place for a small adult family to stay when visiting Santa Fe. Our Unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 story unit with a kitchen, living room and a bath and half. It was fully stocked with cooking utensils if you wanted to prepare a meal but you are in Santa Fe. It is a short distance to the Plaza (4 Blocks or so) so you can leave your car at the complex. Mary Ann the contact for the complex was great in communicating via email and made a courtesy call a few days prior to arriving. I would gladly stay there again.
