Beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean. There are trains going all night long so if you are light sleeper this is not a place for you. However, there are no hotels nearby so you are out of luck.staff was nice and helpful

Stopped here before hiking Havasupai and it was the perfect stop! The restaurant was great, the rooms were so clean and quiet, and there was a coin op laundry room. Someone is at the desk 24/7 and you can store luggage there for a fee while hiking.

Stayed here on our way from Vegas to Winslow where we are going to visit Painted Desert. Location was about half way. It’s tucked away from other businesses but has everything you need in this location. Restaurant on site has good food and reasonable prices. There is a market with food items and other necessities within walking distance. There is a very nice gift shop in the lobby area. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The outdoor heated pool was refreshing after a long day of traveling and the hot tub a nice treat afterwards. Room was clean and comfy. There are trains running by, but noise is barely noticeable. The front desk has ear plugs if the noise bothers you. I would definitely return here the next time I’m visiting the parks in this area.

The only issue is the noises outside the window from train runs during night. But the counter offers free ear plugs, please take one pair if in need.

Clean room, connected to the only restaurant in town, better than expected stay to start our hike into the Grand Canyon.

Great option if you are hiking into the Havasu Falls or need a quick overnight passing through on route 66. The facilities are akin to typical chain hotels, which is a good thing. You have the only restaurant for many miles on premise. Beware of very noisy trains passing by.

We had a great stay at Hualapai Lodge! Due to an incoming storm, we hiked out of Supai a day earlier than planned and were able to check in early without any issues. We stayed both before and after our hike, and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. (3 nights total) The on-site restaurant is very convenient, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner right in the lobby. The only drawback is the occasional passing train. Before our hike, when we weren’t yet tired, the noise was noticeable—but after hiking out, we barely heard it and slept wonderfully. Complimentary earplugs are also provided. The saltwater pool and hot tub are a great bonus! While the price is a bit high, there are only a couple of options in the area, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great property for the area. Clean and comfortable. Has the only restaurant for many miles and it's near a market and gas station. Just beware there is a train track nearby with constant noise from passing freight trains. Earplugs are provided at front desk.
