The room was very nice & historic. There is no refrigerator in the room. We enjoyed the porch seating.

I don’t usually rate hotels and restaurants. It’s just not my thing. However, there were two bad reviews that we read before going and I wanted to say I thought it was an excellent property. People were nice great location. I didn’t use the bar or the restaurant. parking was easy. The whole experience was nice. The room was beautiful and clean. Just to also note I am a big traveler all over this country and other countries I find most people’s reviews are negative so I just wanted to post something positive and recommend the Lambertville house. You won’t be disappointed.

Unique hotel with lots of charm. Vintage furniture and decorations made it feel like we stepped back in time. We somehow ended up in the Governor's Suite which had a sitting room with a hot tub, a small balcony, 2 sinks and a fireplace. Everything was clean, and there were toiletries provided. Things were very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was plenty of off street parking. The location was ideal. Lots of interesting shops and restaurants nearby, and New Hope was an easy walk across the bridge. The restaurant was closed so we had to go out for breakfast each day. The coffee maker was in the hall, and we got a couple of K cups that you take out there. The bed was comfortable, but it was over 3 feet off the floor which made it tough to get in and out of, especially in the middle of the night. I don't know if that's the case with all the rooms. There is an elevator, but we still had to carry our suitcases up or down about 5-6 steps to get to and from our room on the 4th floor. Not bad, but if that's an issue, make sure you ask. Overall, highly recommend for the atmosphere and the location.

Beautifully maintained old hotel right in downtown Lambertville with everything one needs for a quick getaway. Lovely rooms, charming bar and patio to enjoy the comings and goings of a vibrant town with scrumptious appetizers to pair with your favorite beverages.

The good: Great historic hotel close to everything. Very clean. Pretty room. Good food and drinks. Staff was very friendly. Opportunity for improvement: The beds were too soft. I am used to a firmer mattress because of my back otherwise I highly recommend.

I had a lovely room 401 but its AC could not keep up with the temp surge. So I was promptly moved to 402. Staff was lovely, the place has history. I had a bath robe and a beautiful room. I felt pampered.

Everything was excellent from check-in to checkout and in between. The room was wonderfully comfortable and quiet except the young people coming in very loudly at 12am, but hard to control that. The coffee station in the hallway outside the room was a nice touch. Only real miss is no breakfast offering, even a basic one? Instead, we were offered a list of coffee shops on the street with no real information and that doesn't seem in keeping with the caliber of the accommodation.
