We very much enjoyed the property and our 2 bedroom condo. Condo was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. Our condo was quiet and we would come back again.

Check in was easy. The staff was kind and informative. You can tell by how they interact with the regular condo owners that they have respect and enjoy their jobs. The room was beyond spacious and just what my family of 5 needed to relax and not feel like we were on top of eachother for a week. The room was clean, well decorated and felt like a comfy home away from home. We were on the 16th floor and the view was beautiful. The pool was heated which was great because the ocean felt like it was full of ice the mid April. There was always security on the premises. The area around the Regency feels safe. We did have 3 people attempt to kidnap our kids at the nearby foodlion while doing a late night grocery run on our first night after taking our kids to broadway at the beach. I would maybe head to further south food lion. The area between this condo zone and the strip did not feel as safe.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The microwave had a small leak but when it came time to replace it, I had to use an hourly replacement to make the room very comfortable and spacious and the view was spectacular. I can't wait to visit again next year.

I really enjoy staying here. We come to grace summitvacation every year as the condo looks like the best for our vacation. The view is beautiful, and the staff are friendly. In the future, we will stay in this place again because the place is close to the regency.

I've stayed at the regency several times as well as other condominiums, but we always go back to the regency. Great location, great amenities, great service, large condos, assigned parking, and very clean overall. I strongly recommend it.

This is a fantastic location to stay. We take trips to this location each year. We have stayed in 4 different locations to get a sense of what we want because it has become a customary occurrence. The location, value for your money, and room size all seem to have caught us off guard. Not to mention the staff was fantastic. Due to this, we were given access to our room well before checkin time when we got there on a Wednesday, reducing the volume of checkin traffic. Due to this, my husband, myself, a son, his girlfriend, and a single son were living in a threebedroom apartment. Ages 21 and 19. We were in unit 1207. The apartment is enormous! For everyone has plenty of room. There is a double bed, two twin beds, and a small side area, which makes it not crowded with 3 beds in the grd bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a lot of room to walk around. The kitchen has everything youll need for a lengthy stay. The draperies in the bathroom alone have 4 distinct floors. There is even a vacuum, which is very useful when you repeatedly track sand in. The living room is enormous, and the balcony is as well. Although some updates have been made, some areas are somewhat outdated, but it wouldnt take much effort to improve. We have been

An older resort working hard to keep itself respectable: its age shows but the maintenance staff works very hard to keep pool clean, grounds clean and things working. When we arrived, a number of things we not working in our unit -- especially upsetting was that the refrigerator was not set to cold prior to our arrival and we brought plenty of food. The staff are more reactive than proactive. The closeness to the beach was a positive.
