We decided to have a quaint anniversary in Kennebunkport and I chose this place because of its proximity to the town while being close to the beach. And although it rained quite hard during our stay, it was made better by our lodgings. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room had a beach and ocean view which was made better by the fact we could leave the windows open to hear the tide and waves. Bedding was nice and room did not feel cramped although modest in square footage. Being able to make coffee or tea in the lobby at any hour was also great. Parking is right behind the Inn. The toilet flushed and filled loudly. And we did not have a refrigerator but I don’t think rooms come with them. That would be our only minus as well as adjoining rooms showering or flushing can also be heard, otherwise we did not hear fellow guests. I would stay here again.

The Beach House Inn has a great location by the ocean, with a well furnished sitting room that has a nice view of the sea front. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Some of the rooms are a little small and the shelving area for make up in the bathrooms was limited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is behind the hotel and it was easy to park. The hotel provides bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas free to guests on a first come basis. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Note, you will need to drive or bike into Kennebunkport.

This is the most perfect place i’ve ever been! It is the cutest cottage inn by the sea that made our first trip to Maine so special. We arrived a little after 8pm and staff was super friendly waiting for us. I also unfortunately got sick at the end of our trip, so the available tea bar was a lifesaver. I cannot wait to come back!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Beach House Inn in Kennebunk and would love to come back again someday, especially during the summer. The property was so charming, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. I loved my room, especially being able to open the windows and let in the fresh ocean air and cool breeze. The furniture and decor throughout the inn were gorgeous, and I really appreciated the nice toiletries and soaking tub after a long day of traveling and exploring. I was only there for one cold and rainy night, but even then, the location felt peaceful and beautiful. I can only imagine how amazing it must be during warmer months. I noticed beach chairs available for guests, which was such a nice touch, and having parking on-site was super convenient. The elevator was also a pleasant surprise in a historic inn like this. One of my favorite parts of the stay was actually the espresso machine. I’m a huge coffee person, and after waking up around 4:30 a.m. to watch the sunrise, it was so nice to be able to make a fresh espresso and latte instead of relying on coffee that had been sitting in a canister. It honestly made the morning feel extra cozy and special. I also loved the little store on-site and how close the inn was to the beach. Overall, it was just such a gorgeous, relaxing, comfortable stay, and I’d absolutely return.
