Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accomodating. When an issue arose, they solved it promptly. The new management team is doing an excellent job, and many improvements have been made.

I was at a music festival and it was hot. Looked up motel in the area. Everything in town full. 9 miles away I found this little place. Reviews were not great but I was done camping. Arrived to a newly outside painted, signed in, went to the room and it was newly painted, new flooring, new fixtures in bathroom and furniture. Air conditioner new and was great relief. Manager went out of his way to ask if everything was ok every time I returned. Review trolls be damned..get a life.

Convenient, great air-conditioning, a great 1 night sleep over our room could have used some sweeping. Other then that it was comfortable. The mini fridge kept out dood and drinks cold. The manager was pleasant.

We got to the place and looked like it may have been ran down and closed - We rang the ring bell and nothing rang it again nothing - was a note of a window call of nobody answers ring doorbell. We called and went straight sorry the person hasn’t set up a voicemail. Ended up having to ride clear back to Klamath falls to get a room. Worst ever in history for a motel or lodge as they say. Entire time the dog chained up outside kept barking and barking by a white car assume someone was around but not answering. The parking lot area also was all overgrown with with - personally I think it is on its way of closing. I have messaged property management wanting full refund but yet have heard anything back.

Adrian charged more than what was posted on the website for my room. He also charged me $100 additional for a "deposit," which he said would be refunded if I left the room in good conditi8n, and I did. My $100 has not been refunded. Adrian's dogs are kept inhumanely in an on site travel trailer and they barked all night. The grounds are messy, the towels are frayed and the room was cold. I am filing complaints with BBB, Tulelake Police and California State Attorney's office for the return of my money. I am filing a complaint with the ASPCA and County Animal Control in the hope the dogs will be rescued and animal cruelty charges filed.

They charged me again at the motel , never refunded me, rooms are extremely small , beds are newish, staff was nice, it was the double charge that still ticks me off with added charges-

Double charged me for the booking. No one answers the phone, latch on window was broken off, bathroom door wouldnt shut, toilet was loose and wobbles whenever you sit on it. Would really like a call back.

I wanted to check in and there was no one on the premises I went about three times called three different phone numbers and no response. Left voicemails and my phone number so they could call me back whenever someone was there and no call backs at all.

Booked 2 rooms, one had bed bugs, the other had tiny black specs on bed sheets, not sure what from and there were tiny hairs on sheets. Told guy at front desk we didn’t want to stay there and wanted a refund and he said he can’t and we’d have to get it thru Expedia. Expedia came up empty on the refund.

Property has been updated fairly recently but it was unclean. I looked at 3 more rooms after finding my linens were soiled. All 4 rooms had dirty pillowcases. Rooms smell of sewage. There is a broken down car with flat tires in the driveway.
