Staff ramah, ada yg hanya bisa bhs inggris, ada yg bisa bhs melayu dan bhs inggris. Aku stay di room 201 lt.2 dgn view jalanan type superior twin. Ada kulkas mini, teko listrik, hair dryer, handuk, sabun cair, tisyu, kopi sasetan, tp tanpa pasta gigi & sikat gigi. So far suka sih nginep disini. Ga jauh dr KL Sentral jln kaki ga smp 10 mnt. Location is very convenient, 2 mins walking distance to KL Sentral & Nu Sentral Mall. Lot of food choices in hotel area. Room is small but clean. smelled cigarrette in the room which makes it bit stuffy. We forgot to tell the receptionist that we prefer non smoking room. Overall was ok.

Only 2 downsides. 1 is the check in and out time. I think its resonable. You're allowed to check in at 3pm only and chrck out at 11am. 2nd one is the lift. You need to be very patient waiting for the lift especially during peak hours.
