~~~~~~~~~~~
> The first floor is a tailor shop, so do not be curious to rummage through any items of the shop, there will always be a 24-hour camera.
> After 17:00, you must move your bike in the 1st floor area, DO NOT leave your bike overnight on the sidewalk, as it is a parking area if you have a car
> The door is equipped with smart locks, so you only need to close the door every time you go in and out, absolutely do not turn the lock
> DO NOT SMOKING indoors. You can smoke on the balcony or outside public areas.
> Limit noise after 12 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors. If a neighbor makes a noise after 12 PM at night, you can report it to me to solve and handle it.
> Remember to lock bedroom balconies and front doors to protect our property and equipment.
> Please turn off all AC, lights and power outlets before you leave the house.
> Because the apartment is set up and enthusiastic by yourself, we hope you keep the furniture in the room clean and careful.
I will always give you my best support when you need it. Thank you for your visit and I am very happy to have received your attention, I hope to welcome you carefully.
