Welcome and thank you for choosing our apartment. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please kindly follow the house rules below:
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in from 2:30 p.m
• Check-out before 11:30 a.m
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Upon check-in, guests are required to deposit 1,000,000 VND for property damage. This amount will be refunded upon check-out if the property is undamaged and not lost.
OCCUPANCY
• Please register all guests staying in the apartment.
• Additional guests beyond the booked occupancy may be subject to extra charges.
FACILITIES
• Room rates do not include such as breakfast, swimming pool, gym, spa, or other paid facilities. If you wish to use this service, please purchase your ticket at the reception desk.
• Availability and fees for these facilities are managed by the building or hotel operator and may change without prior notice.
SMOKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
• A cleaning fee may apply if smoking odors remain in the room.
PARTIES & NOISE
• Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels low after 22:00.
PETS
• Pets are not allowed.
CARE OF THE APARTMENT
