- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
- Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the apartment.
- It is strictly to carry flammable items, explosives, weapons, toxics, drugs, durians and pets or solicitcit prostitutes in the apartment.
- Gambling or other acts that are contrary to good morals or that cause an annoyance are strictly prohibited
- Asahi Luxstay will report any suspected activity. We reserves the right to enther any area of the apartment, including guestroms, should there be a clear and valid reason forr suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect other guests, our staff are at any rick
-A damage deposit of VND 2300000 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
- According to Vietnamese law, guests need to provide a copy of their identity card (for Vietnamese guests) or a copy of their passport and valid visa (for foreign guests) to register for temporary residence as required by law
