-please help us to keep quiet at night while using the house because there are other neighbors around , thanks so much.

- DO NOT make to much noise aftee 11 P.M
- Guests MUST TURN OFF all of the electric devices (air conditioners) before leaving the house.
- Please be respectful of the house and neighborhood, it would be a hassle if I get complaints and I needed to let agoda know about any incidents that occur
ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE HOUSE RULES WILL BE PENALTIES ACCORDINGLY.
- As per local regulation, we would really be appreciated if you could provide details of your full name/ passport number/ country of origin. This is for nothing but a track record requested by the local authorities to make sure we are running the right business. Please be noted that your info will be kept secret
- Please note that The Voltage in Vietnam is 220V in every socket. So if you need use 110V equipments, please remember taking a mini adapter changing from 220V to 110V
