In the two months weve been traveling, this has been my favorite spot to stay. The rooms are lovely and spotless. We discovered the best view of the valley from our 2 waterfalls right outside the windows. Chu and his family were fantastic. Drinking, music, and talking. I had a great time here. In the hmong village, he is managed by san juan family. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. This is the place to go if you want to experience village life. A waterfall with breathtaking views surrounds the homestay. You can immediately feel like i am surrounded by the family as the owners twoyearold child and dozens of other residents gather in the evening to play.4.8/511 Sep 2023

The homestay is in a great location near local villages and many hiking trails. The family is very friendly and generous and made delicious dinners and breakfast as if it were living in the community. This was our favorite location we stayed in se Asia. The hosts are very kind. They made us feel very welcome at their home. We were playing beautiful music on the hmong instruments and conversing with us during dinner. Their 2yearold son is very sweet and will make you feel so welcome. He didnt try to push purchases of tours or anything like we have done with other stays. Home was built by the host and his father. Its beautiful woodwork and a beautiful room that they have curated. Feels luxurious. Shower quality. All the space is clean. Bed and room were very comfortable. Internet worked well. Breakfast is free and plentiful. Dinners are delicious. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. Best of all, the view is like nothing weve seen before. I walked through town and decided i had the best view from my room. Being in the valley and experiencing the grand mountains surrounding you is nice. There are two waterfalls that ive seen from the window of my bedroom. Dogs, water buffalo, chickens etc. Are about there. A small village nearby and further up the mountain is within walking distance where you can buy clothes and food and experience the local community. We would strongly recommend that anyone visiting this place stay. Tu and his wife were so welcoming to us into their home we had a great stay despite the weather not being in our favor! Tu was very accommodating to the fact that our bus would arrive at 3 am and still happily greeted us and made sure our bed was nice and warm by turning on the electric heated mattress before we entered as it gets really cold at night. The house is absolutely beautiful and reminiscent of the traditional vietnamese style built during covid with his brother. Our room was comparatively small but very comfortable and clean. A kettle, i think there is only one shared bathroom downstairs for the entire house, but it didnt seem to be an issue with occupancy. For where you are, the shower was as good as expected (I dont think any good working shower in the whole of viennia, especially for those who are. If you like crepes, you can get 10 with bananas and condensed milk, which is delicious. Also, they invited us to join them for ps1 for free. We appreciated it because we were able to explore more of sa pa (20 minutes drive. He even gave us cab to our coach station and assisted with translation when needed. The family that i stayed at was very friendly and made our stay wonderful. The location is close to hiking trails, many of which are accessible from the accommodation. We had the opportunity to eat with the family, the food was delicious and it was a great opportunity for exchange. There are also many options for breakfast. I recommend it.4.6/524 Jan 2024

I had a great time here! The proprietors, chuu and his wife, are incredibly kind, accommodating, and wonderful cooks! Excellent location, with remodeled interiors that offer plenty of places to unwind and read. The peaceful stay is made possible by the constant flow of water in the nearby river. A lovely, genuine homestay run by a friendly young family surrounded by mountains and rice fields. The place was so peaceful at night that i felt like slumbering there. I had a great time here! I was really welcomed by the family. Their house is lovely and immaculate! Every meal was delicious and plentiful. The shower in my room with padded blankets was the best ive had in six months of traveling, and my accommodation was ideal. This is the homestay for you if you want to relax in the mountains around you. I originally just booked for two days just to get a bug check, but i extended it for another two because the housestay is really clean and the views are spot on you can even see two small waterfalls from the deck with one hammock. The rooms are simple but clean, with tv and free water around. There is no fridge in room. Bathroom downstairs and rooms upstairs. As lone female, he paid 1500 vind for 4 nights of dinner 4 night and 2 way taxi two and from home stay. He was on etiquette so ill not do tracking. Just walking around the property myself and exploring the area which was beautiful. By the way, we stayed with them at the end of july so that might affect the scenery. Im rambling, however the guesthouse is quite other than the kids playing around which ive enjoyed. They push any activities and we are pretty quiet. When questioned about helping with dinner, they let me know, although its not like revolving onsite homestead get to know their lifestyle, though.4.4/525 Mar 2024

We had an amazing stay at the familys house. A hardworking couple and their 2yearold son stayed here for 2 nights. We were sad we couldnt stay longer. This place was amazing, from the views, comfortable beds with electric blankets in the winter, drinking water, breakfasts with menu options, family dinners (extra charge but worth it! ), and comfortable common areas! The owner picked us up at night by the bus station, so we had a great time here. We were able to rent bike there for 160 k dong and it was for 2 days. Breakfast is included, the room is beautiful and has electricity. Its reminiscent of residing in huts, therefore everything is made of wood. Thats really cool! The family who live there are amazing and sweet, and you live right in the middle of rice fields. So if you come to sapa to see the rice field, this is the perfect place to live. With chopper, it takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. Even though it is in town, its still close.4.4/529 Jun 2023

This place is fantastic, from the cozy home to the serene setting! The hosts are incredibly friendly, making us feel like part of their family. Their adorable son adds to its overall charm. There is nothing to complain about, i promise! If you have any reservations, just go ahead and do it - you wont regret it. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are really cozy.
