We will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hoi an. Susan and her family are extremely accommodating! We arrived at the hotel at 8.30 am after a 14 hour night bus from da lat only to learn that we had booked for may and not April! Its entirely our fault, but everyone was so lovely, they offered us fresh juice, cooked us a free breakfast, and calmed my puzzled brain by sorting out accommodation. They could have turned us away, but they went above and beyond any reasonable expectation to ensure we had a place to stay! We had booked 6 nights at the hoianian, and despite being fully booked, they squeezed us in for 2 nights at their sister hotel and 4 nights at the hoianain. Both hotels are perfectly located (5-10 minutes walk from old town, and breakfast is delicious with free coffee, tea, and water available all day. Our original room was upgraded, and when the air conditioner stopped working, susan fixed it within 24 hours and brought us a fan for the 1 night without it. Thank you once more for the best stay of our vietnam!.

Tempat paling licik yang pernah saya tinggali. Tempat paling palsu, menyedihkan, berisik dan memalukan yang saya tinggali di VN selama perjalanan dua bulan. Tuan rumah yang mengerikan dan kasar, sangat menjengkelkan dan terus-menerus dapat merekomendasikan layanan buruk dari beberapa layanan yang meragukan.

We would love to return for another stay and would highly recommend it. We arrived at hoianian central villa and were kindly greeted by Susan. She showed us everything we needed to know for a stay in hoi an. The room was large and clean. We were really happy about that. The breakfast was delicious. Susan and her team were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay again! Susan, her family, and staff are very professional and friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We were always welcomed with a friendly smile and Susan went out of her way to learn everyones names for a personalized homestay experience. She also went above and beyond by helping us communicate, plan tours, and arrange rides for our destination. The location is great and the environment was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The location is also very central as it is close to the beach and nightlife. Fast smooth wifi clean and comfortable rooms. Free continental breakfast offering a mix of vietnam and western cuisine. Free bike rentals to cycle and explore the area! Thank you very much, Susan and everyone at hoianian central villa! It was a pleasure meeting you and your family.

Wah, kami sangat menyukai hotel ini, kami terkejut karena perbandingan antara kualitas dan harga sangat bagus, kamarnya luas. Hari pertama kami menginap di kamar sederhana dengan kamar mandi pribadi, dua tempat tidur, TV, AC, kipas angin, air panas sudah termasuk sarapan dan Anda juga dapat memilih setidaknya 4 pilihan. Hari kedua kami pindah ke kamar deluxe, kamar yang jauh lebih besar, dengan balkon, brankas, lemari, meja tempat Anda dapat bekerja jika Anda perlu, tapi tidak diragukan lagi kebaikan Susan, saya benar-benar membayar harga seperti yang kami katakan, dia memberi tahu kami tentang hotel, dia merekomendasikan apa yang harus dilakukan, dia mengeluarkan peta dan memberi kami panduan kecil, dia merekomendasikan restoran pantai dan rute yang harus diambil melalui kota tua. Hotel ini sangat bagus untuk harganya, lokasinya di beberapa blok dari kekacauan sehingga Anda dapat beristirahat dengan baik. Kamar mandi yang sempurna, tempat tidur yang nyaman, AC dan sarapan yang lezat. Layanan keluarga sangat berharga karena detailnya: pemesanan transfer yang lebih murah, minuman saat kedatangan, sepeda gratis, informasi, perubahan dll. Ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah kami tinggali di Vietnam, tidak perlu diragukan lagi dan kami pasti akan selalu kembali.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and will definitely stay here again next time i visit hoi an! When we first arrived at hoianian central, sandra gave us refreshments and provided a rundown of the area (complete with map and recommended places to eat). Susan is very helpful as she can also help guide us based on our daily plans, such as booking tours and rides. In addition to the delicious banh mi and refreshments available in the morning, sandra also cares and is accommodating, as she bought us medication when the 2 of us unfortunately got stomach flu from a grab takeout order. She even made rice congee! On another occasion, we asked her where we could find this specific noodle dish, and she ended up buying it for us the next morning for breakfast. Overall, i had a great time staying at hoshinanian central, and it is obvious that sandra cares about the wellbeing of her guests! Thank you, sandra!.

Kami tinggal di tempat ini selama 3 hari tanpa harapan khusus. Tapi kejutan yang menyenangkan. Pertama, pemilik menawarkan untuk mengatur transportasi dari titik kedatangan kami di Hoi An ke hotel. Sesampainya di gedung, kami disambut dengan hangat oleh Susan, seorang pemilik yang sangat ramah dan sangat memperhatikan kepuasan pelanggan. Kamar kami luas dan bersih dengan balkon besar. Makan siang sudah termasuk dan merupakan menu a la carte dengan beberapa pilihan. Selama kami tinggal, Susan dan stafnya sangat akomodatif dan selalu siap untuk memberikan saran atau membantu kami. Singkatnya, tanpa ragu saya merekomendasikan hotel keluarga kecil yang indah ini. Selain itu, hotel ini sangat bagus, beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari kota tua.

We recommend it! Wonderful place to stay. We dont typically stay in homestays, but this one was ideal. You have unlimited fresh water, spotless rooms, and cozy beds. The hostess, susan, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had what they needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or assistance with their transportation. We had a great time meeting everyone.

This place is truly amazing. A complete wraparound service from everyone here. Susan and her family are the most comfortable and supportive hosts we have had throughout our entire trip in Vietnam. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The shower was the best ive had during our entire trip i had great water pressure and the option of an overthehead rainfall shower or the usual handheld! The food was excellent, and the breakfast options included a small but wide variety of western and Vietnamese dishes. Our stay here was actually a bit different from most. I myself was extremely unlucky and became extremely ill with a severe fever. So that meant i was staying in the room all day unwell during our stay. Susans family had to drive me to the hospital after i didnt get better in a few days. We cant thank them enough for their hospitality during this time, which was quite scary being so young and far from home. They all made me feel so much better and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time at susans house! She and her team were incredibly kind and kindhearted. They provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and provided us with prompt assistance with anything we required. The homestay is very close to the walking area in hoi an, but not too busy or crowded which we really liked. It was renovated quite recently and looks beautiful. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a spacious balcony, perfect for a short break after walking through the busy streets of hoi an or spending the night on. We had the option to rent bikes there for free, and the breakfast was very delicious! So a strong recommendation for anyone visiting hoi an!.
