Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, A/C safety box and large glass doors to ensure bright and airy rooms. You will have the privacy and comfort you need during your stay, yet also spacious common areas. It’s the perfect mix for your group holiday.
The enclosed living/kitchen area on the first floor offers all you need including a stunning view over the pool area and lush nature. You can enjoy preparing food and drinks in the fully equipped kitchen or ask our staff to assist you. Please contact our manager for any questions.
The dining and sofa area offers space for everyone to ensure good times and comfort! The thoughtful designed room is the perfect place to spend time together and enjoy your holiday.
Just outside on the first floor you will find the heart of this property: a spacious outdoor lounge area to relax during the day or mingle at night with some drinks. Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa. Please talk to our manager in order to request special times if needed. He can also help arrange breakfast made by the staff or a private chef which can prepare lunch/dinner in the villa for you. Please let him know about any wishes at least one day in advance. He will also help you with any requests regarding car/scooter rental, day trips, taxi rides, restaurant visits etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact him!

As this villa is new and located in a remote location with a valley view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. However, the road is still accessible by car only there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

The space
The 6 bedrooms offer all you need with A/C, safety boxes and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are individually designed and each room is different from the other. The highlight for the kids: the boat- themed kids room with bunk bed! This room is attached to the exclusive family room and you can be sure that you won’t have problems bringing the kids to bed. There is a TV with video games in the kids room. All rooms have a wonderful view so you can wake up with a smile in the morning and start your day right. 3 have direct access to the swimming pool. One has a private balcony with comfortable armchairs. One has an external garden shower on top of its standard bathroom.
The external spaces and the lounge, as well as the biggest and nicest room on the ground floor are totally wheelchair accessible (according to western norms), including its bathroom. The villa can therefore welcome disabled guests (please advise us when booking so that our staff can put in place some specific equipment in the bathroom).
The spacious open living room offers a fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining area by the pool and a large lounge area to relax and come together. Sun loungers around the pool and a sunken seating area are offering some space to relax in the sun, read, tan or come together for some sunset drinks.
In between you can enjoy a swim in the large infinity pool with a stunning view on nature! For sure one of the most beautiful swimming pools you can find in the area. A part of the pool is designed for kids.
Here, you can enjoy your days exactly the way you want: relax in the privacy of your beautiful room, enjoy a home cooked meal in the dining area, come together with friends and family in one of the two lounge areas or have a tanning session in the sun and refreshing dip in the spacious infinity pool. This is the reason why there is no TV neither in the adults’ rooms nor in the living room: in this way, you can fully enjoy the atmosphere of Bali and the views over the rice paddies, while forgetting about the hustle and bustle of the world.
Our housekeeping staff will come daily to the villa to ensure highest quality and cleanliness. The staff can also prepare breakfast for you (surcharge and please give one day notice). A private chef for lunch and dinner can also be arranged.

Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!
Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.
Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.

As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with jungle view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa.

As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa. As this villa is a brand new villa and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, a bit tricky, still on progress and narrow for some larger cars. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. We recommend you to contact our onsite team for better direction first before you come to the villa. Other things to note **Please note that currently, a construction project is underway next to the villa. This villa is located in a remote location with a valley view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. However, the road is still accessible by car only there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.
