Welcome to Villa Pande, a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom tropical retreat in Pererenan. With warm wood finishes, handcrafted details, and open living spaces, the villa feels relaxed and welcoming, ideal for families or friends looking to slow down and enjoy island life.

The open living area is designed for easy relaxation, with a large, comfortable sofa alongside the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for shared meals and casual time together. Villa Pande features three well-designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a good level of privacy.

The first bedroom is located in a separate annex building, offering guests their own private space while still sharing all the main villa facilities. This layout is ideal for families traveling with a nanny or guests who prefer a bit more independence. The bathroom is equipped with a Japanese-style toilet.

The second bedroom is located in the main building and features a walk-in closet, a Japanese-style toilet, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, designed for everyday comfort and convenience.

The third bedroom is the master suite and the most private space in the villa. It features a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a Japanese-style toilet, sauna, outdoor stone bathtub with a temple-inspired setting, and lush garden surroundings, creating a peaceful, spa-like retreat.

Villa Chandra is more than a luxury retreat—it's an immersion into Indonesia's rich cultural heritage. Throughout the property, you'll discover elements honoring the Majapahit kingdom, Indonesia's first empire and the birthplace of the idea of a unified Indonesia (Nusantara). Authentic stone carvings in the parking area depict scenes from Raden Panji—Indonesia's oldest fairy tale. The access walkway features miniature Candi Tikus temples, replicas of 12th-century sacred structures from Majapahit's capital. In the water garden, the exquisite teak gebyok carvings showcase ancient batik kawung designs, while traditional wayang kulit puppets tell the story of a prince's journey to find his lost love.

Even our Property's name, Narawangsa, comes from a storyteller character who helped Raden Panji overcome obstacles. We invite you not just to hear this epic tale, but to become part of it during your stay—the next chapter awaits your arrival.

Services:
The villa comes complete with concierge service - our concierge can assist with transportation logistics, tours, massages, in-home dining including chef meals (and wine pairings!) to classic local meals. He can also help sort grocery shopping, bartenders for the rooftop and decorations for special occasions. 

For Families: 
The indoor spaces can be completely enclosed protecting curious toddlers from slips, falls and tumbles in to the pool. The rooftop is completely enclosed to allow you peace of mind while you enjoy a sunset cocktail. Hi-chair, crib and nannies/babysitters are available for a small fee.

This private property features two well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, a wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom for your comfort and privacy.

Step into the sunken living area, where a built-in sofa and 54-inch Smart TV invite you to relax. A central coffee table anchors the space, while full air-conditioning keeps it cool. A partition subtly separates this area from the dining space with a six-seater table and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, full refrigerator, sink, and utensils: ideal for preparing anything from quick bites to full meals.

On the ground floor, a guest bathroom with toilet, sink, and mirror adds convenience. Outside, the turquoise pool is complemented by an outdoor shower near the entrance and a small green garden at the rear of the villa.

Upstairs, the main bedroom overlooks the pool with a sunrise view, while the second bedroom enjoys sunset vistas over the back garden.

The access road to the property is suitable for motorbikes and car.
Please note that the road is narrow with some uneven sections, so we recommend driving carefully. 

Motorbike parking is available directly in front of the property, while car parking is conveniently located at the entrance, just a short walk away.
