This private tropical sanctuary features four beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, generous wardrobe, and a serene en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area invites you to embrace Bali’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Villa Naema also offers private on-site parking for motorbikes. Its peaceful location in Seminyak ensures convenient access to the area’s vibrant cafés, boutiques, and beaches, while providing a tranquil escape when you return home.

***IMPORTANT NOTE***
1. Limited motorbike parking is available directly in front of the villa. Street parking for cars may be available nearby, but it is not guaranteed and remains at guests’ own responsibility.

1. KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, full-sized refrigerator, cookware, cutlery, and all essential dining ware. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a complete dinner, everything you need is at your fingertips.

All bedrooms feature TV, air conditioning, while the open living and dining area includes a ceiling fan to keep the space cool and breezy throughout the day.

3. PRIVATE POOL:
The villa’s standout feature is its large central pool, surrounded by tropical garden landscaping. It offers a refreshing place to relax, swim, or enjoy poolside lounging in the sun. The swimming pool is 10 meters long, 5 meters wide, and 1.5 meters deep, offering ample space for both swimming and relaxation.

4. BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Some bathrooms feature small garden views for a tropical touch, and the first also offers a bathtub for added relaxation. The fourth bedroom has its own private bathroom and access to a shared guest toilet, accessible both from inside the room and externally.
