Located in the vibrant Batu Belig area of Seminyak, a short stroll takes you to Batu Belig Beach, renowned for its stunning sunsets and vibrant beach clubs. The villa's location also offers easy access to Seminyak's renowned dining, shopping, and entertainment venues.

For an enhanced stay, we offer additional services at an extra cost, including a personal chef, in-villa massages, breakfast, daily transportation, yoga sessions, baby cribs, laundry services, and guided tours.

Please be aware that construction has recently begun near our property. Work is scheduled between 9 AM and 5 PM, and you may hear some noise during these hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
1. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Late check-in after 8 PM: IDR 200,000 fee applies. 

2. A safety deposit box is provided in the room. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. For additional secure storage, please contact us.

3. Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or property damage within the premises.

4. Drone use requires prior approval due to guest privacy.

5. Pets and durian are strictly prohibited on the property.

6. Quiet hours are from 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially in outdoor areas.

7. Outside vendors require prior approval. Approved vendors may be subject to a venue fee starting from IDR 500,000. Unauthorized vendors may result in a minimum fine of IDR 1,000,000. If there is any service you require that we do not currently provide, please feel free to let us know your preferences and we will be happy to assist where possible.

8.  Unauthorized events may incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 and may lead to eviction without refund if complaints arise. 

9. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Violations will incur a minimum penalty of IDR 1,000,000 per affected area.

10. Commercial photography requires prior approval and must respect the privacy of other guests.

11. Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, fire incidents, or loss of property during the stay. All charges must be settled before check-out.

12. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen area only. Open flames (including BBQ, candles, incense, and fireworks) are strictly prohibited.

13. As Bali is a tropical island, occasional geckos, ants, insects, or other small wildlife may appear despite regular pest control.

14. The parking space is available for up to 1 small car / multiple motorbikes. Advanced reservation for parking is needed.

15. Important Check-in Requirement
In accordance with local regulations, all guests are required to complete the guest registration form during the check-in process with our villa team.
Please ensure the following details are prepared:
- Passport / ID details for all guests
- Visa type and expiry date for all guests
- Contact number of the main guest
This registration is mandatory and must be completed at check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.

• Living Area: The open-plan living room features high ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Traditional Balinese decor blends seamlessly with modern amenities. The wooden furniture and plush cushions create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for socializing or relaxing. 

• Kitchen Area: The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a large fridge, stove, and microwave. Wooden pendant lights and woven-textured bar stools add a rustic charm, while the dining bar with wooden chairs provides a communal space for meals and conversations. 

• Bedrooms: Each air-conditioned bedroom is designed for comfort and elegance, featuring large beds with white linens and sliding glass doors that open to pool views. The rooms are equipped with wooden hanging lights, bedside tables, and ample built-in shelving. 

• Ensuite Bathrooms: The spacious bathrooms are adorned with modern fixtures and warm lighting, creating a relaxing ambiance. Each bathroom includes a vanity with a mirror, a sink, a toilet, and a shower and is supplied with towels and a bin.
