- Please lock up valuables in the safety deposit box.
- Any form of misbehavior or noise is not tolerated.
- Events, gatherings, or parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to enter the villa with more people than booked for.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures:

- If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For the early check-in we will try to accommodate you but we couldn’t guarantee, it is subject to  villa availability.

- Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until your depart. If you choose not to reserve it, unfortunately you have to follow our normal check out time at 12:00. For the late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge.

This private property features three bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom.

The dining area features a wooden table that seats six, ideal for meals or planning the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped and all essential cookware, convenient for preparing anything from simple snacks to full meals. The space is cooled by air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The master bedroom and living room both offer a pleasant view of the garden and pool.

Outside, the private pool is bordered by sun loungers and tropical greenery. Whether for a swim, sunbathing, or an evening drink, the outdoor space is designed for everyday comfort.

Please note: Villa Mylandro offers motorbike parking directly in front of the property. Car parking is not part of the available facilities.

All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a consistently cool and comfortable environment, whether you're relaxing or getting a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the master bedroom features a ceiling fan for enhanced airflow and comfort.

3. PRIVATE POOL:
Step outside the living area to enjoy your private pool, measuring 6 meters in length, 2.8 meters in width, and 1.4 meters in depth. Beside the pool, you'll find a cozy lounge area equipped with a comfortable sofa and a ceiling fan.

4. BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. The master bedroom includes a private toilet, while a shared toilet is conveniently located just next to the other two bedrooms, ensuring comfort and easy access for all guests.

5. PRIVATE ENTRANCE:
The villa features a private entrance. For added security, CCTV is installed, focused only on the villa entrance and does not infringe on guest privacy.

6. WI-FI:
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, allowing you to stay connected, work remotely, or stream your favorite shows without interruption.

7. BEDDING AND LINEN:
Each bedroom is fitted with a queen-size mattress for outstanding comfort and support, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Cotton sheets and fresh towels are also provided for your convenience.
