Villa ini memiliki jam tenang hingga pukul 21:00 seluruh kegiatan yang menimbulkan suara keras di harapkan untuk berkegiatan di dalam rumah dan menutup semua pintu dan jendela.

Villa ini sangat pet friendly. Namun hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah untuk membawa alat kotoran sendiri dan khusus doggy tidak di perkenankan untuk naik ke atas Tempat tidur dan Sofa.
