An absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish! It's hard to believe this hotel has only been open for two weeks because everything operates as if it has been established for years. The attention to detail, organization, and level of service are truly impressive. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The views are simply breathtaking, making every morning even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would honestly rate the service a 1000/10 if I could. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. That personal touch speaks volumes about the culture of this hotel. Congratulations to the entire team on an incredible opening. I can't wait to come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding stay!

Our stay at Chaonian Hotel in Dhërmi has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and the check-in process was smooth, warm, and effortless. We reserved the Signature Suite, and the breathtaking views overlooking the beach exceeded every expectation. Waking up to that scenery each morning has been unforgettable. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team has been incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Their hospitality is second to none. We originally planned to stay for just three nights, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay for another three nights. That alone speaks volumes. The restaurant also deserves special recognition. The service is impeccable, and every meal has been a pleasure. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with spectacular views and world-class hospitality, I can’t recommend Chaonian Hotel highly enough. We can’t wait to come back!

A experiência foi satisfatória. Hotel ainda em obras para finalização de acabamentos. Durante os dois dias houve uma falta de agua quente por algumas horas e durante a noite nos dois dias faltou luz o que desarmou o ar condicionado e foi incomodo. Fora isso, o hotel é lindo, tudo novo, quartos otimos, de frente ao mar, perfeita localização.
