We had a wonderful stay at Plaza Hotel Berat. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As an Expedia Rewards perk, we were welcomed with a bottle of red wine waiting for us on the table, along with two wine glasses and a lovely floral decoration. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They even recommended and reserved a table for us at Restaurant Ajka, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The restaurant offers a fantastic view across the river towards Berat’s famous “City of a Thousand Windows,” making it a memorable dining experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Plaza Berat Hotel is modern, very comfortable (with good air conditioning), has very helpful staff (with good English), and is very well placed to easily walk to any part of central Berat.

The room was spacious and very comfortable with extra benches for sitting. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were choices of pillow types. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff was helpful to answer our queries and tending to an ac which wasn’t working strong enough. They fixed it at the first opportunity when we were out of the room. Highly recommend this accommodation!

This hotel was fantastic! Only 5 mins walk to the main area in Berat. We had the best stay here, the room was sooo spacious and impeccable. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We had problems starting our hire car, and the receptionist was on the phone within a minute to find someone to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Berat. 5 stars

The hotel was perfectly situated for visiting Barat. Very comfortable room, very modern and exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking and wonderful breakfast spread. But the thing that we appreciated the most was how friendly and attentive the hotel staff are. We had to deal with a medical emergency during our stay and the staff went out of their way to assist us. All the staff that we dealt with were excellent however we really need to call out Martinela at reception and Luli in housekeeping for special mention. They were just so nice, they made us feel like we were family. Highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again.
