If you are looking for a peaceful hotel in the heart of tiring, this hotel, which is on a side street, is a good choice. There are numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast can be quite busy because this hotel accommodates tour groups. I advise you to check with the front desk in the evening to determine the departure time for the tour group in the morning so you can plan your breakfast accordingly.

We stayed in this boutique hotel as our final stop on a gate tour of the Balkans. It is well situated just off a main road so a quiet little just a short walk to sites and shops. Rooms are not large but there are several surfaces coffee tabledesk for luggage. Safe, toiletries, but no robes, slippers, kettle or iron. Blackout blinds on the window for a good sleep. Breakfast is adequate and do try the yogurt and fruit competition. Bar area is not sure they serve other than breakfast. The front desk was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport for the equivalent of 20 euros.

The Hotel Boutique Kotori is an affordable boutique-scale structure that is situated on a quiet street off one of the toughest, busier thoroughfares. Many attractions are within easy reach on foot from this spotless, spotless, and kind employees. Excellent breakfast, unreliable wifi, a fantastic bed with fresh, crisp linens, and all the comforts you could ask for in a cozy room, including a roomy desk and a sizable bathroom. The fitness center, fitness center, and other amenities are all readily accessible from here. Sincere gratitude to Bada and his crew.

The rooms were incredibly big and comfortable. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The location was also ideal because of the very good wifi. The location of the hotel is really good. I stayed here once and will definitely stay here again.

The staff are always cheerful and energetic, and it adds up to the excellentness of the kotori boutique hotel. Add in the great location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent. All of this is combined to create a gem in the heart of a busy city, albeit on a peaceful side street. The staff immediately fixed my problem with some foreign language news stations, and I had access to several foreign language news channels.

The family-owned Hotel Boutique Kotoni occupies a historic, Italian rationalist-style building, distinguished by high ceilings and spacious interiors. Built in 1938, the building served as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over 40 years during the communist period. Overlooking Tirana's main boulevard, the hotel is conveniently located near important institutions, including the Prime Ministry, Ministry of Finance, Constitutional Court, Presidential Palace, and major embassies.
