The hotel has excellent value for money. The room is clean, comfortable, and of adequate size. This place is very satisfying. But the location is not great. The surrounding area is very old and filthy, but we never felt unsafe. The shower has adequate water pressure, but you must let it run for at least 23 minutes because the first water is brownish. Even the breakfast is very basic. I wish everyone a very pleasant stay. I really appreciate the staff that helped us make it the best possible. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel has a good location right in the center of Run, close to everything by car. The room was clean and had a reasonable price. The hotel's very professional, friendly, and helpful employees are its best selling points. Yousef was very helpful and knew how to amazingly make our stay unforgettable, he was helpful on everything. Camel was very professional, very quick at checkout appears to have prepared everything earlier and wanted to see us and welcome us back. I heartily endorse this hotel for its staff, and I will certainly come back.

There must be the best hotel I have ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I live for it, from how welcoming the workers are and the comfortable rooms are to how delicious the food is, it made me feel at ease and felt at home the moment I walked in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, clean and organized, with a good air conditioner that is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light but warm which made me fall asleep in seconds. The lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt ones eyes. Its windows allow a good amount of daylight and are equipped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is clean, basically has everything one needs and it has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the receptionists, I just remembered there was someone who considered us as family, I didn't eat in the morning, so I enjoyed eating everything they had, it was totally worth it. My only issue with this hotel is that I've become so accustomed to staying here that I'm no longer want to leave it. At the end, Id like to mention that my family gave me as a gift after I obtained a remarkably good mark on the baccalaureate exam

I adore this hotel because they have done amazing things with each time I have stayed since 2009. The location was strategic, a 2 minute walk from the tram station, and the friendliness and professional service of the entire staff including reception, housekeeping, security, restaurant, and breakfast. The room was stunning and clean, smelled nice, and the amenities were just lovely. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
