The place is really good. The room was tiny and the AC was not working. The staff only arrived to get a shower a few times and it was quite late in the morning so we requested a room change. They also serve breakfast very regular for Argentina. We also get very good facilities from this place.

The hotel has some excellent eateries within a 5 minute walk, and Florida Street is just a 5 minute walk away as is Florida Street to exchange money in one of the many cabins. Due to it's central location, this hotel might be a terrific hotel with some tacky tactics. Let's start with the positives, the staff speaks excellent English, the internet is excellent throughout the hotel, and it is in a fantastic central location. On the downside, the rooms are extremely outdated, with creaky beds, humid smell and dampness in the bathroom, paper thin walls, and cobwebs in the room. On our second night, we had a school trip of roughly 40 kids running up and down the corridor until at least 11:00, and that was after I complained. Breakfast consisted of cereals, bread, cheese, ham, coffee, and fruit.

For our final two days in Ba, we chose this hotel. On their application website, at least, it reads 4 stars. Checkin starts at 1500, and when we got there earlier at 13:05, we were told that we could use the room as soon as it was ready, so we chose to wait at the reception since it was a rainy day anyway and we needed a rest after an 18-hour bus ride. Funny thing was that next to us were two large families who got their rooms way earlier than us, so we had to wait until 15:20. I apologize for the gringo discrimination, slow housekeeping, whatever it is. Our room was satisfactory, without any issues, either in terms of design or comfort, but the bathroom really needed some maintenance. Breakfast is a total of four hotel ham, cheese bread and pastries. Juice and yoghurt coffee. Ok, well, for the win. However, while we were still drinking yoghurt juice and we saw people sitting around the other table literally sitting and playing with their phones during breakfast, the waiter asked us to leave because he required a table for others, even though we were still drinking yoghurt juice and we were actually sitting at the other table resting there. I do not suggest you come here even if they offer a great promo rate. We paid 1400 a night in

This was a great place for us to spend the night in Ba before flying the next morning. The hotel desk was extremely helpful in giving us a map of the area and an electrical plug adapter. After that, they set up a car and driver to get us to the airport at 06.00 for an 08.00 flight at a very reasonable price considering how far the airport is.

I saw people here complaining about old fashion furniture, the hotel not being renovated for long, a small lobby, etc. Yes, this is true partially, but think about it, do you travel to ba to see the city or the hotel? This hotel is in a quiet central area, 5 minutes walk from the main 9 july avenue and plaza san martin, and 5 minutes on the other side to the pedestrian florida shopping street. The room and bathroom are a little old but not worn out and malfunctioning. Instead they are clean and comfortable. They have everything you need for a pleasant overnight stay while you are out touring all day. Two single very comfortable bed, to, safe deposit, mini fridge and bathroom. Free WiFi. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms and lobby of course. Every day breakfast from 7 until 11, basic but enough to keep you fed for a few hours for exploring this beautiful city. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. For those who are looking for stars, this is not a 4 star hotel like it says and advertises. Really, it is a lower 3-star hotel. Also, I must agree with a reviewer who said it is the best money value hotel in Ba. You can not find that location and quality for 30 USD for a double with breakfast included.
