My stay at the gold coasts ruby hotel apartments had its advantages and drawbacks. On the positive side, my 10day stay in this casual apartment hotel was wonderful and far exceeded my expectations in several ways. I chose a onebedroom apartment and was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and breathtaking balcony view. The city and limited beach views from my apartment were nothing short of amazing, and i couldnt have asked for better way to wake up each day. Because combining vistas of the skyline and sea views on the left, ive been able to see both sunrises and sunsets directly from here, which added utmost value to my stay. However, cleanliness was somewhat problematic. As they only changed the bedsheets or dirty towels, it appears that the housekeeping service was slightly lacking. Additional cleaning and maintenance would have been better with more frequent housekeepers, especially for guests staying longer than ten days. With incredibly slow checkin process, the receptionists service left much to be desired. A more regular cleaning service and cleaning frequency would improve the stay even better.

We are really happy we chose this apartment. We had three bedrooms, enough for eight people. However, only five of us stayed there. A nice breakfast is not included in the price. There is a cafe in front of the lobby, i have sanitized the swimming pool, and its only ten minutes walk to the tram station. And also he has receptive staff.

I would definitely recommend it to friends and family in the future. It was excellent all around. Had a wonderful week there in i stayed in an apartment with shady views. The pool and sauna were perks, and the staff was always friendly.

The villa is huge! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is central, with centralized hot and cold showers available 24 hours x 7 days, large balcony, patio, and roof deck where you can grill your own food. It is also located near the pool area. Literally stepping away from the villa. Bed and linens were all very clean and comfortable too. I will recommend this place to families and large groups of friends.

We stayed on the 25th floor and the view was amazing. The apartment we had was very nice, fully selfcontained and had everything we needed. Close to the beach, trams and surfers.
