The location is strategic. The facilities are great, the place is new and clean. The location is also strategic. You can literally get anywhere in Melbourne because it is opposite the central station and the team line. Close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!.

I had a wonderful stay here! Strongly recommended. However, there was no information provided on the website or in the booking confirmation stating that a $200 bond was required upon arrival. It would have been great to know before.

I will be back. Excellent customer service, lovely rooms with all the amenities you could want, a heated pool, and a wellequipped gym. I had a great time staying here!, and its close to all the necessary shopping and tram services. The staff is fantastic, and did i even mention how amazing the rooms are?.

The best room ive ever stayed in the cbd. I came in for my girlfriends birthday and was not disappointed. They gave her a free bag of chocolates and allowed us to go up levels and have a higher floor for free. The staff was amazing and the rooms were great.

I would definitely recommend checking out this place and giving their lovely staff a call if youre looking for a nice place to stay in the cbd. We were very impressed with this hotel, it was our first time in australia and we were uncertain about the prices and where to stay, but this place definitely met our expectations. Its very easy to find, directly across from central melbourne. Extremely convenient, and the pricing was very reasonable. The facilities were modern, and the room was lovely and clean. Heart of the cbd would definitely recommend it and return to stay again. The friendly staff especially the staff, especially vesh, who called late at night to ask for a late checkout because we had a late flight. He was more than accommodating and allowed us to check out six hours later than usual so we didnt have to wait around! We are very happy with our stay and experience.

My husband and i, along with our entire wedding party, stayed here the night before and night of our wedding in march this year. We booked with plenty of notice, so we got an amazing deal. One important thing to note is that the two bedroom units are actually two separate units right next to one another with a small private hallway. However, this ended up being a bonus for us as it meant everyone had privacy. The staff were lovely, the location was very convenient and it made for a stressfree experience for us all.
