The Branksome Hotel And Residences

•Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, ID card, etc.) is required at check-in.

Bond Policy
•A refundable bond is required on arrival. The amount depends on room type and length of stay (see below).
•A pre-authorization of the determined amount will be taken on your card at check-in and released within 10 business days after departure.
•Suites are inspected after check-out. Excessive cleaning or air purification may result in additional charges deducted from the bond.
•The bond cannot be used to pay for incidental charges (e.g., restaurant or room service). Release of the bond is usually processed within 24 hours after departure.

Room Type Bond Amount
•Studio & 1-Bedroom Suite: AUD 100 per night (max. AUD 500).
•2-Bedroom Suite: AUD 200 per night (max. AUD 500).
•2-Bedroom & Study Suite: AUD 300 per night (max. AUD 500).

Surcharges apply as below to payments made to the hotel:
•Visa & MasterCard: 1.8% surcharge.
•American Express: 2.5% surcharge.
•EFTPOS: No surcharge (note: if processed as “credit,” standard surcharges apply).

Group Bookings
•For bookings of more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Valid ID• Upon check-in at TBHR all persons staying in the accommodation (Guests) must provide a valid Australian Federal or State government issued photographic identification or a passport for international travellers. A copy of such identification may be made.Visitors of Staying Guests at Branksome• Only TWO (2) unregistered guests (visitors) are allowed in the apartments up to 2100 hours. After this time, all visitors to the apartment must be registered, subject to the maximum number of residents allowed in the apartments, and there will be an additional charge for the roll-in bed or beddings for the sofa bed as applicable. Visitors of Staying Guests at Branksome Only TWO (2) unregistered guests (visitors) are allowed in the apartments up to 2100 hours. After this time, all visitors to the apartment must be registered, subject to the maximum number of residents allowed in the apartments, and there will be an additional charge for the roll-in bed or beddings for the sofa bed as applicable.
