We continue to try new resorts and return to thedorfhotel and Schleadmingdachstein. Clearly, we will be back. I've visited the dorfhotel with family and friends six times in the last 12 years, and every time I return, there has been a change to enhance the visitor experience. The rooms are a good size, clean, and comfortable. They are warm and have plenty of hot water, just what you need after a hard day skiing. Food is always excellent, with lots of choices both at breakfast and dinner and is always of high quality. The wellness center has to be the best in a hotel of this size, with two saunas, a steam room, an infra red cabin, etc. Perfect to revive those tired and aching muscles after a hard day skiing. The staff is excellent, speaks good English, and is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the middle of a lovely Alpine village, but despite this, you can still ski in and ski out after a short walk. Ski Bus stops on the corner, just a 2-minute walk away. This is an ideal place to experience the Ski Area Schlesinger, one of, if not, the best ski area in Austria.

It's not too hard to ski out, it's 200 meters to the paste edge, not too hard, but this won't be ideal for everyone. The hotel can arrange a cab to the hauser killing lift station, about 600 I away. Taxis may be free check. The hotel itself is smart, clean and reasonably traditional. Food is good and on busy days like changeover saturdays, it becomes a buffet. The staff is very hard working and friendly. The biggest problem with the hotel is that it is popular with local groups who may smoke heavily, making it unfriendly for others. The bar and hallways smell of smoke so it is not recommended for those who might disagree. However, it is not unlike other Austrian hotels in this respect. On our final night, a group of young locals drinking heavily kept us awake until a.m. There is no pool, but a smart spa area offers relaxation at the end of a day in the mountains. Visitors can't have a lounge, which is a shame. The rooms are in two locations: the older hotel or the new extension. Ours was spacious but needed more art on the walls to break up the monotony. So, overall a good option in not the smartest but definitely worth considering.

The apartment is spacious and tidy. The food is very good. You also should know that this place is worth the money because it is very comfortable to stay there. I appreciate everyone and the staff.

This is a good hotel for families with children and. This couple. Without kids. Stay away if you want a quiet, restful vacation. The hotel has two dining options. They provide the large dining area to these families with children under the age of 16 who are participants in the program to mingle. Self-received and acceptable. Families that are not in the program and like us without children put us in another dining area. Acceptable. But! When it comes to our sleeping room, we are placed next to those areas where children are not sleeping with their parents. What a great consideration from a four-star hotel! The corridor area is filled with noise, children clapping. The room could be for one teenager, but once they return from an activity afternoon or nite, the room can become full of 6 to 8 children monster monsters.. Making a lot of noise.. Parents have no place to discipline. Seems like there are no rules at all, it seems like they can disturb other guests in a hotel after their active program! Good kids also have responsible and educated parents. There to ensure that their children behave. We got the noise we mentioned on the second day. And it seems nothing happened until the extreme noise from the kids again.. What is this? When you ask who the parents is they refrain from telling me.. It's been a few days, and
